We ship worldwide via USPS Postal Service, DHL and Fedex. Please allow us 2-3 days to prepare your order and shipment.Shipping fee is calculated base on the weight and size of the items you are purchasing.All domestic orders are free shipping if you purchase $75 above  except International.
When shipping with DHL , FedEx or USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at FedEx.com, Ups.com or USPS.com, as applicable to your delivery method.

For our mutual protection, orders over $200.00 will be shipped "Signature Required"...no exceptions.

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Our store uses location-based taxes, then taxes such as VAT or sales tax are not collected on international orders. 
• packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jesel's Essentials is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS APPLIED, which is also known as DAP (Duties At Place), means the buyer has to pay for all import customs clearance, duties, and taxes upon delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a FULL REFUND , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will carefully inspect  items shipped to us.

Partial refund will be given if the items are already USED or OPENED.

To start a return, you can contact us at joycelanstr@icloud.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

If the return is due to any fault of the customer, such as the customer ordered an incorrect item(s), or the customer entered the delivery address incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to an error or fault by Jesel's Essentials such as we shipped the wrong item(s) or the item(s) was damaged upon arrival, Jesel's Essentials shall be responsible for the shipping cost.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
